Fox Catering were asked to propose a solution to the increasing demands being placed upon the existing catering facilities at the Cardinal Langley School during periods of heavy usage.
An idea was to install a satellite food service point that would alleviate the congestion by providing a ‘grab & go’ point for the pupils.
A beautiful ‘L’ shaped counter was designed to match the colour and design scheme of the dining atrium. The counter used existing electrical services to power the Counterline drop in units and the counter also used an existing pillar as a location point. Queue-safe provided the post and rail queuing system seen pictured. The counter was manufactured and installed in under 2 weeks as the school were keen for these works to be undertaken during the half term period.
Feedback so far has been extremely positive and I think the pictures show this to be the case.
