By appreciating the importance of the kitchen’s individual ‘workflow’, we are able to design equipment in such a way as to increase productivity without jeopardising safety. No two kitchens are identical so we design every catering installation with individual attention.
We can work in tandem with architects drawings or, if requested, we can conduct our own on site survey. In both cases a design will be submitted itemising all the individual components.
Once the design is approved then we will add all the relevant services such as gas connections drain sizes and socket heights. The specific electrical or gas loading will also be listed. Once the new services-drawing is issued then all on site operatives have an instant point of access to any information that they require.
